Disappointing stay

The trip was far from good and we feel disappointment. Flight delayed for 2 hours and we arrived at the hotel near 10pm. They told us to go straight to the restaurant. Barely any food left and restaurant was closing for the day. Very hot inside and dirt everywhere. On the way back flight delayed 1 hour. Room was dirty (see pictures), with broken shower. Air conditioning was working except for one day when we could not stay inside due to the hot temperature. Only one restaurant and absolutely nothing to do with the picture from Rainbow website. Air conditioning was turned off. We didn't see that fancy food and look. No shrimps as showing in the website, nothing like that. Restaurant was always crowded, no label on buffet to identify the dishes so you don't know what you are getting. Only one soda machine for whole restaurant causing long queues. Be careful! No label on alchoholic beverages so kids often think it was juice and got wine instead. To get a simple fork or spoon you have to beg to the waiters if you find one that is not ignoring you. We opted to pay and eat outside the hotel to have some peace and to be able to eat something good.There is no organization inside the restaurant causing long queues and people that don't respect them. Be prepared to fight for your food. Food quality is very poor. Greasy and you never know what is spice or not. Kids ate spaghetti or pizza everyday. During our stay we were allowed for one "a la carte" reservation. This is not "a la carte" at all. They serve pre cooked food instead so you don't get to choose what you want to eat. Kids didn't like the food so we ended up buying food for them outside after dinner. At least we could eat without fighting for food. There is no possibility to get ice anywhere. All ice machines were broken and temperatures there can he as high as 43 degrees. Swimming pool area is very nice, good infrastructure and entertainment. Beach pathway is nice and with a beautiful view. Be aware that if you want a place to sit by the pool you have to wake up at 6am and throw your towel there to reserve some, otherwise you end up with no place to stay. This hotel deserves max two stars. It has a long way to be three stars. Imagine 4 as advertised.

hotel nieprzygotowany na przyjęcie gości , piękny ogród to w rzeczywistości wyschnięta pustynia, strefa wellness zamknięta , korty tenisowe w ruinie, bar na plaży zamknięty, plaża bardzo brudna, przez cały 7 dniowy pobyt brak ciepłej wody i sprawnej klimatyzacji, zdjęcia hotelu odbiegają dalece od realu, bardzo brudne i niesprzątane w trakcie pobytu tarasy , ogólny koszmar, rezydentka kompletnie nie nadaje się do tej pracy. WSTYD , ŻE BIURO PODRÓŻY MA GO W SWOJEJ OFERCIE NADAL I NIEREAGUJE NA OPINIE KLIENTÓW . NIE POLECAM !!!!!!

Z powodu zaistniałej sytuacji i braku rzetelnie przedstawionej oferty przez biuro podtóży Rainbow nie można polecić ani tego hotelu, ani wyjazdu z w/w biurem. Opis hotelu oraz przedstawione informace w dodatkowo przesłanych linkach - nie pokrywają się z stanem faktycznym.
